We tell the truth about the projects we invite you to. You receive information about the good and bad sides of the project so you know what awaits you before starting it. Our recruiters are honest and do not "sell" offers. We are also equal, all of us. Everyone has full access to the information about the financial standing of the company and has an impact on its operation. The Management Board is open to discussions and suggestions, and treats every question seriously.
We are open to this and we provide it to ourselves. There are a lot of opportunities for this - eating breakfast together in the kitchen, company lunches, or quarterly meetings with Łukasz, the CEO, during which we assess the operation of VM.PL. Already during the recruitment process you will experience that our feedback is always honest.
A relaxed atmosphere with a lot of laughter is very important to us. In addition, during breaks from work, you can play Xbox or table tennis and discuss your project. We feel responsible for the projects and therefore very engaged. Cyclical visits to customers allow us to get even closer to achieving the goals.
We focus on long-term cooperation. Both with customers and within VM.PL. We achieve this through the above-mentioned assets and the appropriate selection of the project to the employee. This is shown by the low turnover, high NPS (Net Promoter Score), as well as the fact that 20 % of people were employed by referral.
In VM.PL, you have a chance to gain experience in projects that go beyond the borders of Poland. Some positions involve business trips, during which you will have the opportunity to acquire business skills in contact with customers and a foreign team.
Each of our projects has a dedicated Customer Success Manager, whose role is to take care of the customer, project and thus, developers. They oversee communication, support the implementation of new solutions and try to come up with solutions that will satisfy both the customer and the team.
Before starting work, you talk to the customer in their language to get to know the project. Subsequent daily work involves contact with the team and practicing your language skills. If you feel the need, you can learn German or English during working hours - for free. We also put emphasis on learning the cultural differences between us and the countries of our customers.
The office is open for extended hours. You can come and leave whenever you want. The most important thing is that you are at work in the so-called core hours, i.e. during the customer's working hours. Besides, our space is great and we like being here. However, some of our projects allow even 100% remote working!
We know that some benefits are needed to obtain a certain standard. Multisport, Luxmed medical care, the possibility of working from home, eating lunches together, bowls full of fruit, a fridge full of healthy food, beverages... We have everything!
We realize that our recruitment process is not trivial. However, it is a chance for everyone to get to know each other. That's why you meet first with the recruiter, then with the developer, and then with the Hiring Manager and the client. We give you insight into the company and the project from all sides.
After exchanging messages online, we make an appointment for an HR phone call. This is the first opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions and talk about possible cooperation. During the conversation we also verify your foreign language skills.
If you are further interested, we will invite you for a remote technical conversation with our developer. If he gives the green light, we'll move on to the next stage.
You will meet our CEO, Head of Delivery or one of our CSM. You will have a chance to talk about all the topics you are interested in concerning work in our company.
The next step is an online meeting with the client you will be working with. This is a great opportunity to get all the information straight from the source. Getting to know each other so early allows both parties to decide on further cooperation.
After successfully passing all steps of the process and signing the contract, we welcome you on board VM.PL! Your best adventure is about to begin :)
